A Team with Proven Experience

R&R Golf is led by professionals whose experience spans every aspect of the golf industry. Vance Rzepka has spent decades designing and improving golf courses throughout the Midwest, building a reputation for practical, sustainable design solutions and strong client relationships. Bob Gibbons, a landscape architect and civil engineer, brings more than 30 years of golf course planning and engineering experience, including extensive work alongside Tom Watson on numerous golf course projects. Complementing that design expertise is Robert Streb, a PGA Tour professional whose experience competing at the highest level of the game provides valuable insight into course strategy, shot values, and the player experience. Together, our team combines technical expertise with a golfer's perspective to help clubs create facilities that are both enjoyable to play and sustainable to maintain.
